Simple and accurate

Ive used this app for a little over a year and I really appreciate having something simple yet accurate that remind me each month of symptoms, that may have otherwise sneaked up on me. I love the note feature that allows me to remind myself of things to bring up to my doctors. Its a great app thank you.
